1. Scope of Services
MDMobile provides Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services, including ambulatory and wheelchair-accessible transport. We are not an emergency medical provider. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
2. Scheduling and Bookings
- Advance Notice: We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
- Confirmation: A booking request is not confirmed until you receive a notification from our dispatch team.
- Recurring Trips: Changes to recurring schedules require 7 days' notice.
3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Standard Cancellation: At least 24 hours before pickup incurs no fee.
- Late Cancellation: Less than 24 hours before pickup may incur a 50% fee.
- No-Show: Failure to appear for a scheduled trip will result in a full base rate charge.
4. Wait Time Policy
To maintain our punctuality, drivers will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled pickup time before marking the trip as a No-Show.
5. Passenger Conduct and Safety
- Seatbelts: All passengers and wheelchairs must be properly secured.
- Escorts: One caregiver may ride free of charge with the patient.
- Prohibited Items: No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances in vehicles.
6. Modifications to Terms
MDMobile reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
