1. Safety & Gurney Protocols
All gurney transports require a minimum 2-person crew. Ensure the patient is secured with all three safety straps before the vehicle is in motion. Wheels must be locked during all loading and unloading procedures.
2. Dialysis Punctuality
Dialysis patients must be picked up within 15 minutes of their scheduled window. Late arrivals must be reported to dispatch immediately to ensure patient health safety.
3. HIPAA & Privacy
Never discuss patient names or conditions outside of the secure MDMobile dispatch app. Do not take photos of patients or medical paperwork on personal devices.
